Experience an Unforgettable Morning Desert Safari in Dubai

A Morning Desert Safari offers a perfect start to your day with a desert adventure. You can experience the beauty of the Arabian dunes in the daylight without the evening crowds. This tour is perfect for those who want thrilling activities and serene landscapes, all wrapped up in a few hours.

Why Choose a Morning Desert Safari?

Morning Desert Safari tours provide benefits that evening safari trips cannot match. You will enjoy cooler temperatures, which are ideal for outdoor activities without the stress of midday heat. The early hours also mean a more peaceful desert environment with fewer tourists, creating a personal experience with nature. The soft morning light over the golden dunes creates amazing photo opportunities you would miss on an evening tour.

During these cooler hours, desert wildlife is more active. You might have the chance to see Arabian oryx or desert gazelles. This safari provides a full desert experience in just a few hours, leaving your afternoon free to see other parts of the city.

Your Adventure with Orion Tourism

This tour spans three to four hours. Your day begins with a flexible and reliable pick-up from your hotel or home between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. A professional safari guide will collect you in a modern 4×4 vehicle, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey to the desert.

Key Adventure Activities

  • Dune Bashing: The main event is an exciting 20-30 minute ride across the sand dunes. Experienced drivers handle the powerful off-road vehicles, navigating steep sand faces and climbing challenging hills.
  • Sandboarding: After dune bashing, you get to try sandboarding. You can glide down the dunes on a board. This activity is fun and easy for beginners to learn.
  • Short Camel Ride: A brief camel ride gives you a taste of traditional Bedouin life. You learn how these animals were a key part of desert travel.
  • Refreshments: You will stay refreshed throughout the trip. Complimentary bottled water and welcome drinks are provided at the desert camp.

For an extra thrill, you can add quad biking or a dune buggy ride to your tour. These activities can be booked on-site or in advance for an additional cost. After your adventure, your guide will drive you back to your hotel or home.

What to Wear

It is best to wear light, breathable clothing that covers your arms and legs. This protects you from sun exposure and sand. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are advised for walking on sand and providing support during activities. Avoid sandals, which can let sand in. During the winter months from November to February, you might want to bring a light jacket as the desert can be cool in the early morning.

What to Bring

Packing the right items will enhance your safari. Consider bringing these essentials:

  • Sunscreen with a high SPF.
  • Sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat.
  • A camera or smartphone to capture the views.
  • A light snack, as it is best to eat a small meal before dune bashing to avoid motion sickness.
